Renee Shaw

Renee Shaw is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in public affairs and communications. As the Director of Public Affairs and the Public Affairs Managing Producer & Host at KET - Kentucky Educational Television since 1997, Renee has played a vital role in promoting educational initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as the Public Relations Coordinator at First Baptist Church Bracktown from 2006 to 2016 and as a Producer for Public News Service, focusing on social and environmental issues, from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, Renee worked as an adjunct instructor at Georgetown College, teaching Writing for TV and Radio. Renee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Broadcast Journalism as well as a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication from Western Kentucky University, complemented by participation in Leadership Kentucky.
