Rachel Dignam

Rachel Dignam is an experienced public affairs professional currently serving as the Director of EU and International Public Affairs at Sage since October 2020, after holding the position of Senior Global Public Affairs Manager. Prior experience includes positions at the International Chamber of Commerce from December 2016 to October 2020, where Rachel was the Policy Lead for Sustainability and Head of Customs and Trade Facilitation, as well as serving as Assistant Policy Manager. Rachel also contributed to the Global Alliance for Trade Facilitation as Project Manager for Private Sector Engagement from December 2016 to December 2018 and began a career as a Business Analyst in Communications and Public Affairs at CIBC in 2013. Rachel Dignam holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies and Economics from McGill University and completed an Executive Programme in Sustainability Leadership and Corporate Responsibility at London Business School in 2020.
