Samuel Thorner

Samuel Thorner is currently employed as the General Counsel/Deputy Executive Director and Managing Director of Multifamily Programs at Kentucky Housing Corporation. Prior to their current roles, Samuel held positions as Senior Staff Attorney and Staff Attorney within the organization. Before joining Kentucky Housing Corporation, Samuel worked as a Staff Attorney III at Kentucky Public Protection Cabinet, Department of Housing, Buildings, and Construction. Samuel also gained experience as a Staff Attorney at the Kentucky Court Of Appeals and as a Law Clerk at Fayette County Family Court. Samuel holds a J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Theory from Washington University in St. Louis.
