Sarah Worrell

Sarah Worrell has extensive experience in management and human resources within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Kentucky Kingdom since June 2021, Sarah oversees all operational aspects of the park. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Corporate Director of Talent Management at Herschend Family Entertainment from September 2011 to June 2021, managing employee development strategies for 10,000 employees across multiple properties. Additionally, Sarah served as Human Resources Director, contributing to senior leadership and overseeing HR functions at Adventure Aquarium and Elitch Gardens. Earlier career experience includes serving as Revenue Manager at various companies including Six Flags and Paramount Parks from January 2006 to September 2011. Sarah holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services as well as a BS in Hospitality Management from the University of Phoenix.
