Terry Sebastian

Terry Sebastian is an experienced professional who has held various communication and public affairs positions in different governmental organizations and political campaigns. Currently serving as the Director of Communications and Public Affairs at the Kentucky Lottery Corporation, Terry has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Eastern Kentucky University. Prior to this role, Terry has gained extensive experience in leading communication efforts in various government offices, including the Kentucky Governor's office and the Kentucky Attorney General's office. Terry has also been involved in political campaigns, handling media relations and public outreach.
