The Human Resources team at Kentucky Lottery Corporation is responsible for managing and supporting the company's workforce. This includes recruiting and onboarding new employees, administering benefits and payroll, addressing employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. They also play a key role in fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace, promoting employee development, and aligning HR initiatives with the company’s mission to fuel imagination and fund education across the Commonwealth.
