Julie Bergin, RN, BSN, MHA, FACHE has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Julie started their career at Baptist Health Louisville in 2006 as an ICU&CCU Unit Educator/RN, where they served until 2011. Julie then joined Kentucky Organ Donor Affiliates and held multiple roles, starting as the Director of Quality Systems from 2011 to 2015, followed by the position of Chief Operating Officer from 2015 to 2017, and finally served as the President and CEO from 2017 until the present. Additionally, Julie is a Fellow at the American College of Healthcare Executives since 2018.

Julie Bergin, RN, BSN, MHA, FACHE obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Bellarmine University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Julie later pursued a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the University of Cincinnati, completing their studies from 2012 to 2014.
