Jordan Smith

Jordan Smith, PharmD, AAHIVP, CPGx, currently serves as a Medical Science Liaison for the US Cystic Fibrosis Field Medical Team at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since December 2024. In addition, Jordan is engaged as a Pharmacy Mentor at Pharmacy Mentors and holds a position as Director on the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Pharmacists Association, both starting in June and September 2023 respectively. Prior to these roles, Jordan accumulated extensive experience at Walgreens over 18 years, progressing through various titles from Staff Pharmacist to Pharmacy Manager. Jordan began a career in pharmacy as a Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician and later worked as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at the University of Kentucky. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy from Appalachian College of Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Eastern Kentucky University.
