Carol Adkins

Carol Adkins is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community engagement, outreach, education, and counseling. Currently serving as the Director of Community Engagement and Outreach at the Kentucky Primary Care Association since September 2019, Carol previously held positions as an Outreach and Enrollment Specialist at Grace Health and a Parent and Child Educator at KCEOC Community Action Partnership. Prior experience includes roles as a Foster Care Specialist and a Supervisor/Trainer at Senture, LLC. Carol's career began in education as a Language Arts/Reading Teacher/Counselor with the Board of Education in Kentucky. Carol holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education and a Master of Arts in Counselor Education/School Counseling from Eastern Kentucky University, along with an Associate of Arts in General Education from Sue Bennett College.
