Stacy Bailey-Ndiaye is an experienced professional with a strong background in community outreach, education, and youth engagement. Currently serving as a Community Outreach Specialist at Kentucky Refugee Ministries since January 2015, Stacy's role focuses on building community relationships to support clients and programs. As the Executive Director of Bridge Kids International since October 2003, Stacy leads initiatives aimed at empowering young people in Africa and the African Diaspora to tackle various social challenges. Previous positions include Project Director for the Roots & Wings theatre project at the Kentucky Center for African American Heritage, Alden Fellow at the Community Foundation of Louisville, and various directorial roles in multicultural affairs and student activities across multiple educational institutions. Stacy holds a Master's degree in Educational Administration from the University at Albany and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Ithaca College.
