Jonathan Nickles

Jonathan Nickles is an experienced Web Graphic Designer and Media Specialist with a strong background in website development and graphic design. Currently serving as Web Graphic Designer III at 8 News NOW since January 2022, Jonathan contributed graphics for major events such as the 2023 Nexstar Las Vegas New Year’s Eve show and developed interactive website elements. As a Media Specialist at Kentucky River Community Care, responsibilities include designing responsive websites and utilizing HTML, CSS, and Javascript on the Wordpress platform. Previous experience includes roles as an Art Teacher at Knott County Schools, Gallery Assistant, and Graduate Assistant at Morehead State University, along with a design internship at Morehead Writing Project. Jonathan holds a Master of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Art, both from Morehead State University.
