David Estepp

David Estepp is an experienced executive in nonprofit and financial management, currently serving as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at Kentucky River Foothills Development Council, Inc. since November 2017. Estepp's background includes roles as Chief Financial Officer at Big Sandy RECC and Bluegrass RV, as well as Chief Executive Officer at Big Sandy RECC from 1994 to June 2017.
