Class Facilitator, Data And Curriculum Lead, Responsible Fatherhood Program at Kentucky River Foothills Development Council

Shadron Stewart possesses extensive experience in both community development and transportation management. Currently serving as the Class Facilitator and Curriculum Lead for the Responsible Fatherhood program at Kentucky River Foothills Development Council, Inc., Shadron educates incarcerated men on financial literacy, employment strategies, and parenting skills using established curricula. Previous roles include Transportation Operations Manager, overseeing 35 driver operators, as well as Dispatcher and Driver, and Data Management Specialist within the Healthy Marriage & Relationship Program, responsible for data tracking and preparing reports. Shadron's career began at Batteries Unlimited as Assistant Manager, with earlier experience as Community Resource Coordinator at KY Methodist Homes, focused on grant writing and fundraising. Shadron holds a Master's/Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Political Science from Eastern Kentucky University.
