Brittney Gorter currently serves as the Director of Marketing Communications at the Kentucky Science Center since August 2021, after previously holding various marketing leadership positions, including Director of Marketing at both Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC from December 2019 to July 2021. Gorter has experience as Curator at Bulleit Distilling Co Visitor Experience and as Director of Marketing and Communications at the Kentucky Derby Museum. Earlier roles include Senior Manager of Marketing & Sales at the Kentucky Science Center and Media Buyer at Barber Martin Advertising. Gorter started a career in marketing with positions at the Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft, Sheehy+Associates, and the Louisville Eccentric Observer. Gorter holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Louisville.
