Eric Cowley

Eric Cowley is a seasoned real estate professional with a focus on residential transactions, particularly historic homes. Currently serving as a Realtor at Kentucky Select Properties since January 2019, Eric previously held a similar position at Semonin Realtors from October 2015 to January 2019. Prior experience includes significant roles such as Senior Project Manager at TOMMY BRAMER & SON LLC and Senior Accountant at The Housing Partnership Inc. Eric's career also includes experience as a Construction Accountant and A|R Project Specialist. A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Eric earned a BBA in Finance between 1998 and 2002.
