Stephen Swift

Stephen Swift has extensive work experience in the operations and development field. Stephen started their career in 1999 as a Project Manager at J A Street and Associates, where they worked until 2004. After that, they joined Speedway Motorsports Inc. as an SR Construction Manager, a role they held until 2015. In 2011, they joined Kentucky Speedway as the Vice President of Operations and Development. Currently, they are working at Speedway Motorsports as the SR Vice President of Operations and Development, a position they have held since 2019.

Stephen Swift earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from East Tennessee State University from 1997 to 2000. Stephen also obtained a CF-L2 trainer certification from CrossFit in December 2018.
