Annzo Phelps is a seasoned Broker Associate with extensive experience in the real estate industry, holding a license in the State of Colorado since 1977. Annzo has been actively working with The Kentwood Company and Kentwood Real Estate since 1999, specializing in representing residential buyers and sellers throughout the Denver metro area. Prior to real estate, Annzo was an entrepreneur with a diverse background, having worked independently as a landwoman for oil and gas companies and owned businesses in catering and landscaping. Annzo's educational background includes studies at Wells College from 1972 to 1974.
