Justin Ferdinand

Justin Ferdinand is the current COO & President at Kentwool. Prior to this, they were the Vice President - General Manager at HSM from December 2020 to December 2021, responsible for leading a start-up organization and managing all facets of the division including product design & development, quality, manufacturing, sales, and marketing. From November 2019 to August 2020, they were the Vice President - Sales, Marketing, and Business Development at Hoowaki, LLC, responsible for leading all commercial functions of the business and pivoting the business from project revenue to recurring product revenue. From March 2006 to August 2019, they were the Vice President at Fastenation, Inc., responsible for providing overall strategic vision, optimizing business operations, supplier/vendor management, organizational innovation development, overall marketing & product management, sales leadership and strategic account relationships.

Justin Ferdinand has a MBA from the University of Massachusetts - Manning School of Business and a BS from SUNY Geneseo.
