Teri Williams

Teri Williams serves as a member of the Board of Directors at CCC Intelligent Solutions, focusing on the Audit Committee and Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee, contributing to the transformation of the automotive and insurance industries through advanced technology. As President and COO of OneUnited Bank since July 1995, Teri has led the institution to become the largest Black-owned bank and the first Black-owned interstate and digital bank in the United States, driving initiatives to close the racial wealth gap and overseeing diverse operational areas. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at American Express from July 1983 to August 1988. Teri holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Brown University.
