Aditi Chaudhary

Aditi Chaudhary currently serves as a Tech Ops Lead at Kenvue since October 2024. Previously, Aditi held several key positions in the Indian Army from November 2018 to March 2023, including Senior Human Resources Officer, where responsibilities involved overseeing the recruitment process for Agniveers and improving business models for regimental shops. In the role of Deputy Chief Operations Officer, Aditi conducted sentiment analysis and collaborated with ground formations for intelligence dissemination. As Deputy Operations Officer, Aditi implemented innovative HR policies and addressed maintenance needs effectively. Aditi is also an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, with expertise in Global Supply Chain Management, HR Management, and Logistics Management, and holds an MA in psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
