Previously, Anant held a position in Revenue Growth Management at Vogue International, focusing on technology-driven supply chain advancements, and held multiple roles at Johnson & Johnson from 2010 to 2023, including Manufacturing Lead in Malaysia and Regional Manager for Manufacturing Excellence in APAC. Anant has a strong background in transformative changes within manufacturing, cost improvement initiatives, and strategic program deployment across numerous manufacturing sites. Anant's educational credentials include a Master of Management from IIT Bombay and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
