Bertrand, Jr Kimper is an experienced human resources and diversity leader currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Kenvue since May 2023. In this role, Bertrand is responsible for developing strategies and implementing programs that foster a culture of belonging within the organization. Prior to Kenvue, Bertrand held several significant positions at Johnson & Johnson from February 2015 to May 2023, including Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Head of HR for JNJ MedTech. Bertrand's early career includes roles at DHR International and RSA Americas, focusing on executive recruitment in the life sciences and healthcare sectors, as well as recruitment positions at Diagnostica Stago and Canon, Inc. Bertrand holds a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from Université Paris Cité.
