Bryan Richey

Bryan Richey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and project management within the consumer health and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the MAKE Excellence Leader for Kenvue, Bryan oversees support processes and programs for External Manufacturing in Skin and Essential Health. Previously, Bryan held the role of Business Unit Manager at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, managing significant annualized volume and driving performance across multiple sites. Experience also includes positions at Vogue International, Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Stryker Sustainability Solutions, and Biomet 3i, where Bryan contributed to new product development, operational efficiency, and manufacturing transformations. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell University.
