Carlos de Jesus

Carlos De Jesus serves as the Group President for North America at Kenvue, a position held since November 2025. Previously, Carlos worked at Procter & Gamble from June 2000 to October 2025, holding multiple senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Digital Commerce Transformation & Acceleration and Senior Vice President of Global Oral Care, where responsibilities included overseeing the Oral-B brand and leading sustainability initiatives in global oral care. Other notable positions included Vice President and Senior Vice President of North America Oral Care, Managing Director for Greater China in Shave Care, and Marketing Director for P&G Brand BFO and the Global Olympics. Carlos achieved significant success in various roles, leading large teams and managing extensive marketing strategies that contributed to substantial sales growth. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and both a BS and MS in Business from Florida State University.
