Ty Lee currently serves as Group President for North America at Demant, a company specializing in hearing health innovation, and has been with the organization since November 2020. In addition, Ty holds the position of Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of Optomed Plc and serves as Board Chair for Birdsong Hearing Benefits. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Marketing Officer at LifeScan, responsible for developing CGM technologies, and as Global SVP of Customer Strategy & Development at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing a $4.5 billion business. Ty also led the Americas as SVP & Commercial Head for Diabetes Companies. Ty holds a Master of Science from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
