Catherine Coret

Catherine Coret is currently serving as the Director of Research & Development at Kenvue, a position held since May 2023, where Catherine leads cross-functional teams. Prior experience includes roles at Johnson & Johnson from October 2017 to May 2023, where Catherine held the titles of Head of Baby R&D North America and Director of R&D for the Global Baby Franchise, overseeing the global R&D strategy and developing innovative pipelines for baby care brands, including Johnson’s and Aveeno. Additionally, Catherine worked as Associate Director of R&D for Body Need States, directing the global product development team for the Body Moisture category. Catherine earned a maîtrise in chemistry from Université de Rouen between January 1990 and January 1995.
