Christine Cua

Christine Cua has extensive experience in data analysis and operations, currently serving as the Lead Data Insight Analyst at Kenvue from November 2022 to July 2024, where expertise encompasses workforce intelligence data strategy and reporting operations. Prior to this role, Christine worked at Johnson & Johnson from May 2021 to November 2022 as a Talent Insight Analyst in advanced analytics and as a part of the Global Executive Search team. Christine's career began at IBM, where from January 2018 to May 2021, responsibilities included generating global SAP reports and ensuring data accuracy as a Global Reports Specialist, along with experience as a Recruitment Coordinator managing candidate interview logistics. Christine holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration from Miriam College.
