Douglas Nice is a seasoned Senior Project and Program Manager with extensive experience in both local and international settings. Previously, they held various positions at Johnson & Johnson, including Commercialization Manager, where they coordinated successful product launches, and Senior Manager of Global Project Management for Oral Care, achieving significant financial impacts. Douglas currently serves as Senior Manager of Global Project Management at Kenvue, directing improvement initiatives for project management tools and processes. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and a Master’s degree in Manufacturing & Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.
