Fabiana Gargaro

Fabiana Gargaro is an experienced leader in research and development with a robust background in the consumer health and beauty sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of LATAM R&D at Kenvue since May 2023, Gargaro also holds the position of Global R&D VP for Skin Health & Beauty. Prior to Kenvue, Gargaro was the Global Head of R&D for Skin Health & Beauty at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health for a brief period in early 2023. Gargaro has an extensive tenure at Johnson & Johnson, where roles included Vice President of R&D for the EMEA Region & OTC, Vice President of RD&E for the LATAM region & Global Feminine Care, and R&D Senior Director for Global Sun Care. Earlier career experience includes positions at Mars as R&D Manager and R&D Scientist. Gargaro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and is currently participating in the Kenvue Sustainability Leadership Program at Yale School of Management.
