Harpal Sekhon

Harpal Sekhon currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Access & Global Mobility at Kenvue, responsible for attracting and developing top talent in the Consumer Goods sector, leading a global team of over 60 professionals. Prior to this, Harpal held the role of Global Head of HR Strategy & HR4HR at Kenvue, where leadership was provided during the company's IPO and spin-off from Johnson & Johnson, managing a significant HR budget. Experience includes a tenure at Johnson & Johnson from 2017 to 2023 in various roles, including Global Head of Human Resources Strategy & Operations and Head of Human Resources for Consumer Health in Canada. Earlier career stages include positions at Unilever, where leadership of HR, Talent, and Diversity initiatives aimed to enhance employee experience and employer branding. Harpal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Exceptionalities in Human Learning from the University of Toronto and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Sheridan College.
