Helena Buckley

Helena Buckley is the Global Head of Learning at Kenvue, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Helena served as the Global Head of Learning and Portfolio Management at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, overseeing global learning initiatives and portfolio management until April 2024. Helena has extensive experience in leadership development, having held the position of Director of Leadership Development at Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain from May 2011 to January 2023. In this leadership role, Helena focused on talent management, learning and development, and succession planning for critical positions. Helena's career also includes significant human resources roles at Janssen Supply Chain, DePuy, and various organizations, starting as a Human Resources Assistant at GlaxoSmithKline. Helena holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Limerick, a Diploma in Industrial Relations from Technological University Dublin, and an Advanced Certificate in Business Studies from Tralee Regional Technical College.
