Kristen Wallace

Kristen (Smith) Wallace currently serves as the Head of Corporate Communications at Kenvue since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kristen was the North America Communication & Public Affairs Leader at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health from February 2020 to May 2023. Kristen has extensive experience in corporate communications, having worked as the Director of Corporate Communications at Ethicon, Inc. from May 2009 to January 2020 and at Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems from October 2002 to December 2009. Kristen began the professional journey as an Account Supervisor at GCI Group from January 1999 to September 2002. Educationally, Kristen holds a Master of Arts in Public Relations from Michigan State University (1996-1998) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland (1992-1996).
