Marguerite O Sullivan

Marguerite O Sullivan currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Kenvue since May 2023 and has held the position of Chairperson at STEM South West from January 2022 to December 2023. Previously, Marguerite was the Director of Learning and Development at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health and a Senior Innovation Engineer Manager at DePuy Synthes Johnson & Johnson, where leadership in innovation management practices was emphasized. Marguerite's extensive experience includes roles in business transformation and value stream management within DePuy Orthopaedics. Educational qualifications consist of a Diploma of Education in Digital Learning from the University of Glasgow, a Master’s in Supply Chain Management from the Dublin Institute of Technology, a Master’s in Nutrition from University College Cork, and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Chemistry from the University of Hertfordshire. Additionally, Marguerite contributed to Network Ireland Cork as President and Vice President.
