Matt Sandler

Matt Sandler currently serves as the Global Head of Executive and Equity Compensation at Kenvue, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Matt was the Office Line of Business Leader for Work & Rewards at WTW from August 2013 to February 2023. Matt's career began at Mercer Inc, where a Principal title was held from July 2000 to July 2013. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Law and Business from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, as well as additional studies in Management, Marketing, and Spanish from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, along with credentials from ICADE business school.
