Michelle Bateson

Michelle Bateson currently serves as Vice President of R&D Global Self Care at Kenvue since March 2024. Previously, Bateson held the position of VP and Head of North America R&D at Haleon for a brief period in 2022. From June 2019 to July 2022, Bateson was VP and Head of R&D North America at GSK, also taking on the role of VP R&D, Head of Categories. Prior experiences include serving as VP R&D for Analgesics and Respiratory at RBR from September 2015 to June 2019, along with roles at Glaxo Smith Kline as R&D Director for Pain and Head of R&D for GI Health and Lip Health. Educational credentials include a PhD in Pharmacy from Queen's University Belfast and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
