Monika Verma

Monika Verma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical product ownership and data analytics, currently serving as the Technical Product Owner Lead at Kenvue since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Data Analytics Product Owner Lead and Senior Product Analyst at Johnson & Johnson from June 2017 to December 2022, where Monika led significant projects such as the Learning Management System roadmap and various talent assessment initiatives. With a strong background in integrating data-driven decision-making and enhancing user experiences, Monika has successfully managed cross-functional projects, including the onboarding of mentoring platforms and the implementation of global training systems.
