Muge Aypar

Muge Aypar is an experienced compliance professional with a strong background in healthcare compliance and organizational transformation. At Kenvue, Muge served as Compliance Officer for Northern Europe in May 2023. Previously, Muge held the role of Compliance Officer for Consumer Northern Europe at Johnson & Johnson from April 2016 to May 2023, providing strategic compliance support to organizations in the region. Muge's earlier experience includes leading projects as a Management Consultant at Assist Consulting from August 1996 to April 2016 and teaching Interpersonal Communication as a University Lecturer at Istanbul Bilgi University from September 2000 to June 2002. Muge holds a Master of Business Administration degree from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), earned between January 1989 and January 1996.
