Natale Benigno

Natale Benigno is a seasoned professional in supply chain management and engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager Site Planning Lead at Kenvue since May 2023. Previously, Natale spent over 12 years at Johnson & Johnson in various managerial roles, including Project Manager for NeoStrata, where Natale led numerous cross-functional projects related to product development and optimization. Natale directed the Quality Control Laboratory, focusing on continuous improvement and resource alignment, and temporarily managed the Oral Care Packaging department as the Business Unit Manager. Natale began career with Church & Dwight, Co., Inc. as a Package Engineer, contributing to the startup of a significant manufacturing facility, and has a strong background in engineering roles at Johnson & Johnson. Natale holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Engineering Leadership Development from Penn State University.
