Phil Every-Burns is an experienced professional in the field of data strategy and business intelligence, currently serving as the Director of APAC E2E Data Excellence & AI at Kenvue since May 2023. Previously at Johnson & Johnson since January 2003, Phil held roles including Director of End to End Data Strategy & Ops Asia Pacific, where leadership focused on revenue growth management and sales business intelligence, as well as Head of Category Management, Shopper & Trade Marketing, overseeing shopper insights, category strategies, and trade marketing initiatives. Earlier experiences include managing accounts for Coles Group and various roles in marketing and trade management. Phil holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Marketing and Finance from UNSW, completed between 2000 and 2002.
