Rakesh Godara

Rakesh Godara is an experienced professional in data solutions and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Data Solutions at Kenvue since August 2023. At Kenvue, a Consumer Health enterprise formed after separating from Johnson & Johnson, Rakesh collaborates with business leaders to enhance product development and management while ensuring alignment with data strategy and governance. Prior to Kenvue, Rakesh dedicated 16 years at Johnson & Johnson, where roles included Director of Data Solutions, Senior Manager of Data and Analytics, Manager of Data and Analytics, and Information Technology Lead. Rakesh also held the position of Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at the Ontario Ministry of Education from 2005 to 2007 and worked as a Business Analyst in Customer Services at London Hydro from 2001 to 2005.
