Salil Ajinkya

Salil Ajinkya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in intelligent automation and IT management. Currently serving as the Global Services - Intelligent Automation leader at Kenvue, Salil Ajinkya shapes the automation strategy and drives a transformative approach within the Global Services organization. Prior to this role, Salil Ajinkya was the Director of Intelligent Automation at Softtek, where a Center of Excellence was established to enhance customer automation capabilities and improve operational efficiency. Salil Ajinkya's earlier experience includes serving as IT Director at W. W. Norton and Company, Inc., overseeing infrastructure management, application support, and project execution. Salil Ajinkya holds a Management degree from NICMAR University, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Dharmsinh Desai University, and is continuing education at Middlesex College.
