Sara Donato

Sara Donato is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and insights, currently serving as the Director and Head of Strategy at Kenvue since May 2023. Prior to this role, Sara spent over a decade with Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, holding several positions including Head of Planning & Insights and Data & Insights Manager. Sara's career began at Unilever and Johnson & Johnson, where foundational roles in management accounting and compliance business analysis were established. Educationally, Sara holds a Postgraduate degree from the CPA Australia Program and a Bachelor of Accounting in Accounting and Finance from the University of Technology Sydney.
