Shilpi Singh

Shilpi Singh is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Head of People for Kenvue in India since September 2025. Previously, Shilpi held the position of Director People Experience at Pfizer from March 2017 to August 2025, where Shilpi was the country HR lead for Pfizer India, significantly influencing the people agenda for the India Commercial Business. Shilpi also has experience in various roles at Diageo, including Global Talent Specialist and Talent Engagement Lead, where responsibilities spanned leadership development and talent management. Earlier experiences include serving as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Citibank India and as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Tata AIA Life Insurance. Shilpi began professional career as an Assistant Manager at Shaw Wallace Distilleries Ltd. Shilpi holds a B.A. Honours from Delhi University and has completed a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the AOEC.
