Previously, Tiffany held roles at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, where responsibilities included leading the ZARBEE’S® and NICORETTE® brands with a focus on innovative solutions and cross-marketing initiatives. Tiffany's early career included positions at Kite Packaging and Petty Wood & Co. Ltd., where market analysis and brand management were key duties.
