Vaidyanath Subbaraman

Vaidyanath Subbaraman is a technology and data leader currently serving as Sales Technology Leader and CTO at Kenvue since May 2023, and as CTO of Sales Technology at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health since January 2023. With extensive experience at Unilever from May 2007 to January 2023, Vaidyanath held various leadership roles, including Director and Global Head of Technology, where responsibilities encompassed digital business strategy, sales technology, and global program management. Earlier in the career, Vaidyanath contributed as an IT business partner and application developer, gaining significant insights into corporate operations and technology solutions. Vaidyanath holds a PGDIM degree from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a B.E. in Electronics and Communication from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering.
