Vinod Vibhute

Vinod Vibhute is an accomplished leader in manufacturing excellence with extensive experience in the consumer goods and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the India Manufacturing Excellence Leader at Kenvue, Vinod has previously held the same title at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities included roles as Engineering Leader in MS&T and Global Make Engineering Lead. Prior experience includes positions as Engineering Manager at Mondelēz International - Cadbury India Ltd., and various managerial roles in technical services at Wrigley and Cadbury Gifting India. Vinod holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Shivaji University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management from Symbiosis International University.
