Zlatina Ivanova

Zlatina Ivanova, CMA, serves as the Finance Director of Corporate Development at Kenvue since November 2022, where responsibilities include establishing the M&A and Venture Investment organization and overseeing M&A activities, venture investment portfolios, and capital strategy. Previously, Zlatina held various finance roles at Johnson & Johnson from May 2015 to November 2022, including Senior Finance Manager for MedTech Business Development, where key contributions involved financial leadership for significant M&A transactions and participating in the core team for the $17B acquisition of Abiomed. Prior experience includes financial analysis and management positions at Luxottica Retail North America and within Johnson & Johnson's Finance Leadership Development Program. Zlatina earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
