Amy Korth Ehrmantraut began their career in 1999 as a Project Manager at Accenture. In 2005, they joined Kenway Consulting, where they held four roles: Director of Client Delivery - Financial Services, Director of Human Resources & Culture, Cultural Stewardship Lead, and Management Consultant. As a Management Consultant, they leveraged project management methodologies to help clients focus on their business goals.

Amy Korth Ehrmantraut obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Distribution Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1995 and 1999.
