David Veiga

David Veiga has worked in various roles since 2013. Starting with VAVEL.com as an Editor, they then moved to Selmark SLU in 2016 as a Supply Chain/Manufacturing Engineer in the Engineering Department. In 2017, they joined Grupo Generali España as a Generali Talent in the Business Transformation Department, where they executed Business Transformation projects through Six Sigma methodology (DMAIC) and created dashboards for real-time visualization of performance and other business data. In 2019, they became a Senior Demand/Supply Chain Planner and Industrial Engineer - Continuous Improvement at Interlake Mecalux, Inc., where they developed disruptive change projects within the Lean Six Sigma framework and led finished and semi-finished goods inventory control. Most recently, in 2021, David Veiga joined Kenway Consulting as a Senior Consultant and Management Consultant, leveraging project management methodologies while ensuring consistency within each given client's preferred paradigm.

David Veiga has a diverse educational background. David earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management Engineering from the Universidade de Vigo in 2016. David then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, which they completed in 2018. In the same year, they also obtained a Master of Industrial Technology and Operations from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Additionally, David Veiga has obtained various certifications, such as the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2022, ISO 9001: QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS from the Bureau Veritas Group in 2020, TOEFL iBT with an overall score of 99 from the Educational Testing Service (ETS) in 2017, and Cambridge English: Advanced with an overall score of 190 from Cambridge Assessment in 2017.
