Phil Pytlak has worked in various roles in the technology and consulting field since 2000. Phil began their career as an Application Developer at Synovate in 2000, where they implemented technology solutions and developed custom web reports and document storage portals. In 2005, they began working at NORC at the University of Chicago as a Senior Program Analyst, where they created and managed technical project plans, used Visio to create technical diagrams, and designed, developed and maintained DTS packages and stored procedures in SQL Server to report survey data. Also in 2005, Phil began working at CAC-Group as a Consultant, where they built statistical models using SAS to help drive business decisions with clients, analyzed key metrics from primary research to develop unique customer dimensions, and developed a US household profile database to drive analysis and insight of client data. In 2007, they joined Ipsos as a Project Manager, where they were the technology lead for the development of the company's passive data collection initiative, developed the process of collecting, cleaning, and reporting passive data to external clients, and was responsible for the delivery of technical solutions for multi-million dollar market research tracking studies. Finally, in 2018, Phil joined Kenway Consulting as a Management Consultant.
Phil Pytlak obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mathematics from Elmhurst University between 1996 and 1999. Phil then went on to earn a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from Elmhurst College between 2001 and 2003. In July 2020, they obtained a SnowPro Core Certification from Snowflake.
